EAD after AC21

Q. On EAD Filling.


If the "manner of last entry" is H1 and EAD has been used (AC21 different employer) what is to be filled in "Current immigration status" ??

I think there is no "Adjustment Pending" in the current status

Please help ?

Manner of last entry has nothing to do with AC21 or new employer. You have to write how you entered last time to US. if your latest entry to US was on H1 write H1 if you entered with AP write advance parole

Current immigration status:
If you are still working on H1 and maintain H1 then write “ H1 and I-485 pending”
If working on EAD then write Adjustment of status pending or I-485 pending or AOS pending
