EAD after 90 days from different area?

I applied for EAD with CSC. after 90 days, can I get it from a local office that is out of the areas covered by CSC.

yes. If your company's HQ is under CSC adn your stay outside CSC has business justification. Otherwise can cause a transfer of case to new service center...

I was in Northern calif. until last month and now in South. Calif on a contract basis. i would like to get a iEAD next month(91st day). Do I need to go to Nor. CAl (San Jose, where I maintain my postal-address etc.,) or can I get it done in LA-area (where I am working currently). Thanks.
