EAD advice please

I\'ve a situation with EAD, and I would appreciate greatly if some one can offer me an advice. my current H1 is getting expired by August 30th . And I already got my AP and EAD . By August 28th I\'ll finish 6 months of I-485 receipt date. My Employer denies (doesn\'t support) further extension of my H1 , due to my EAD approval. My client where I\'m working right now , is on a verge of laying some contractors in coming months . In this scenario , can somebody please throw some Pros and Cons of Joining back to my own company thru EAD. Or is it worth fighting for an H1 extension.

I think H1 at this stage will only help you, if you are travelling out of country, but you already have AP.....I wouldn\'t be worried about it. Please get some more input from other people too.
 
Path of least resistance

means using EAD to join whomsoever you want after 180days from RD. THis is legal too. I personally do not believe that if 485 is rejected somebody will have a chance to do H1 extension. Think about all the reasons why 485 might be rejected...
