Which one is faster 1. Regular mail or 2.Online application

------------- send it by regular mail to correct address, becase they get form, fees, photo, color copy of first page of passport, color copy of DL, I-485 pending reciept copy at the same time.

Thanks, Here is the situation. I filed I140 and I485 concurrently last August.I got my 140 approved last month. I have EAD. I am renewing EAD for my wife. She is currently working. Can she work when EAD is not approved and it is pending.

Applied for EAD renual but DL expired

Hi gurus,

Mine and My wife's EAD expired last month. I did apply for renewal for both of us and mine come faster before my DL expired (7/18/2005) and so I could renew it without any problem.
My wife's EAD and DL expired and now when she went to DL office to renew it , they said that they can not renew it until she gets her EAD. Now is there any way she can get her DL?
