Does anyone have any insight into how E-Verify works with regards to an I-94 showing TN status? I am nervous that my employment status is going to get held up because of E-verify even though I successfully obtained my TN and have it ready to go for my new employer. I am thinking that since it has to verify employer and job title it may take a long time......
