e-filed I90 , Help please

I efiled I90 on 2/23/2009 to replace GC ( lost ), and received an official receipt notice after one week.
But I didn't receive a notice of fingerprint till today. The receipt number couldn't be found when I try to check the status online also.

Could you please give me any advice?

Thank you to reply it. I already called USCIS , a lady said my receipt number didn't show up on her computer either. She asked some information about me, and made a note on it . I got a conformation number.
She said I need wait 45 days ,and USCIS officer will contact with me. Do I need make a infopass appointment ?
 
I did infopass on Apirl 10 , the officer said she would reorder FP notice for me,and it would take two weeks. But till today I didn't received it yet. Could you please give any idea about it ? I coulndn't check case state online still today. The receive number didn't show up online.

I did Infopass again.the officer told me my FP was waiting for available date.I have taken FP on June 12 . I'm still waiting right now.
