Hello,
I received the package containing the forms DSP-122, DS-230. I am very
confused by the instructions. I am living and working in the US, so I
guess I have to apply for an adjustment of status. I sent an email to KCC and to my understanding I should do that:
1. Mail to
U.S. Department of State
Diversity Visa Program
P.O. Box 979079
St. Louis, Missouri 63197-9000
- The form provided in the information packet
- The cashier check of $375 (I am the only one to apply)
- A self-addressed stamped envelope
2. Mail to
U.S. Department of State
KENTUCKY CONSULAR CENTER (KCC)
3505 North Highway 25W
Williamsburg, KY 40769
- DSP-122 form
- A passport size photograph
- The barcode sheet
Should I include form DS230 Part I && II?
I checked the visa bulletin and find out that for Europe (I am French) the allocation cut-off number is 26,000. My case number is 2009EU00015XXX, does it mean that my case number is current and available for processing? If so should I start fill out the form (I-485) for adjustment of status?
