DV Visa Spouse Beneficiary

Once we get the greencard can spouses separetely enter and work in the US, I mean the beneficiary spouse going to the US without the petitioner spouse ? Any info? Thanks....

According to Catseyes' highly recommendable "read first information" (http://boards.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=215048), the beneficiaries can enter US either together with the petitioner or later but NOT before.

I think he mean after the GC was issued.

When both of you habe the GC in hand or the temporary one in the passport both of you can do what ever he like.

May spouse is DV 2008 winner. If my spouse gets clearance and is issued a Visa as a DV immigrant but my clearance is still pending and does not arrive before 30 September. In this case can my spouse travel alone to USA?

How about me, will I get a GC or some other visa to go to USA after the clearance has arrived after 30 September?

no, if your clearance is not received by Sep 30 and you don't get your visa by Sep 30, you will get nothing.
