I filed for AOS and EAD on 6/16. Rec'd notice 6/30/05.
I did fingerprinting and Biometrics on 7/5/05. will I get my EAd in 30 days?
Dv-2005 ends on 9/30/05. Is there any way to expedite processing of EAD?
nobody knows whether you are going to get your EAD in time. There is no way to expedite it. Why would you even apply for it when it takes about 3 months to get EAD?
