Hi,

Do I need to include the Diversity Visa Fee Receipt (from DOS) when I send the I-485 to USCIS?

The USCIS website says to include the receipt, but the letter from KCC says to bring it to the interview...

Just incl. a copy of the receipt. The more proof you sent with it the better it looks.

Hello aloha-girl,

Just in case: what you do need to send is copy of the first notification letter from KCC. That's your Evidence of Eligibility.
