Hi. A week ago I have been selected for DV lottery 2022. Now I am 32 week Pregnant. What should I do. Should I submit ds 260 form and go forward with the whole Process or should I wait till July and aapply after my bany is baby?

You can do either. If you submit now you would have to unlock after the baby is born and add the baby to the case at that stage, so you may find it easier to just wait till after the baby is born. You will need a birth certificate for adding the baby to the case via the DS260, and obviously a passport for the baby for the interview.

Please my wife and I registered for the lottery through an agent, fortunately for us, the agent calls us to inform us that we have won. However, he is demanding a huge amount of money from us before given us access to the confirmation number and other codes to access the Ds 260 and others. Please what should we do now? Is it advisable to email Kcc and inform them about our inability to get the confirmation number and the challenges we are facing? Please kindly help us.

Unfortunately, this is not something KCC can help you with. You either pay the agent in order obtain your confirmation number or if you know the email address attached to your entry, use to to retrieve the confirmation number, and this is assuming the agent correctly entered your information during the registration period. You can also forget about this selection, and try again on your own. This is precisely why we tell people, year after year, to never use any type of agency, registration is free.

DS260 can be submitted and are being submitted from as far back as May when the results where released.
 
Hello everyone..Have E in maths but got good grades in the rest of my papers ..I have a University degree also.
