DV and 485

1.My I-485 under my wife's employment is in process for 4 months now at the TSC

2. I was selected for DV 2008, and my number is current now. Can I go ahead with my DV consular processing. Will it affect my current 485?
 
Did you really mean DV2008? If so, then your number can't be current yet, as DV2008 doesn't start until October 2007. The numbers in the current bulletins are still for DV2007.

I meant DV 2007

my number is 2007AS00007XXX.
KCC told me that I will have my application package send out by 6/22/2007.

My questions are
1. I have to pay all the fees again, since I paid for the I-485, and i know CP and I485 are different process

2. How much money do I expect to pay in Montreal embassy? KCC told me I have an appointment there.

3. After the interview, how long does it take to get the green card.
