DV 2026 AOS (Adjustment of Status) Process Only

Does this include plans like New York State's essential plan? I used to have, as did my partner, but now we have a paid one. Also having an I-134 would help even though we used that plan? Thank you for the update!

If that rule/instructions being already implemented by DOS, so how soon the new proposed public charge rule may become effective for USCIS?
 
Hello,
I am facing this situation: I rescheduled my biometrics to an earlier appointment, I printed out the noticed, and did my biometrics last month.

Today, I have received mail from uscis stating "Failure in answer for the scheduled appointment without prior notification and without cause"( I am out of town till Monday, and I am able to read the sentence through the tracking mail)

Will I have any issue if I call USCIS on Tuesday? I can provide the documents for the change date on Monday itself, but not other documents until Tuesday. Thanks

Did your bio notice get stamped upon completion of your bio collection?

Contact Emma on Monday to get more update and explain when you completed the rescheduled bio appointment.

1. Yes, they bio notice got stamped upon completion appintment.
2.I am out of town still. Not sure if I connect with Emma , they will want more documentation on the case that I don't physical have on my hand at the moment
3.My online account says: Biometrics were taken on the day I rescheduled my appointment
4.I have not open the mail yet as I am out of town(I just read 1 sentence that was visible on the screen through my email)

Do you still advice me to connect with Emma even though I don't have all the documents with me? Thanks

Considering you have not opened the correspondence to see the entire content, it is hard to recommend what the next step should be for you in this case.
1. When do you get back?
2. Do you have anyone you can ask to open the mail?

2. No, I don't have anyone who can see the content unfortunately.

I am going to give more info tomorrow, and give a call on Wednesday.I can not do much

Ok, you can wait until you get back to see the full content of the sent correspondence.

You can also reach out to EMMA to see if an agent is able to tell you what the correspondence is about. Explain to them that you are currently out of town and noticed via your informed delivery a USCIS correspondence was delivered and that it might take a couple of days for you to get back. Don't volunteer any information as to what you're able to see or not see as related to what is written in there. There may be able to provide you with more information as to what the correspondence is about.

My apologize , I got a bit busy with many things at once.

1. The correspondence i received from USCIS is the interview notice. they scheduled my interview for next week. I am trying to collect as many information as possible to be prepared well.

Yes, I also support sharing information as it helps everyone.

I want to make an inquiry on the change of address. I recently just moved to a new apartment different from the one I was selected on. How do I go about changing my address and will it affect anything.

The interview related dates, both date received and scheduled date, can be updated on the Timeline spreadsheet before the interview takes place. The earlier the updates are added on the spreadsheet as they become available, the more useful they become.
