Hi
@Sm1smom, I had a few unrelated questions...
1. In case I have more than one citizenship, am I supposed to list them all when filling I-485? (or, just of the country that I entered the visa lottery with). In case I should list them all, am I also supposed to include a passport copy of my "secondary citizenship"?
2. I am applying together with my spouse, and according to the "AOS Package" instructions in the spreadsheet, her application need to include the 1NL. Is this intentional? Does the 1NL need to be included in both the primary and derived applications? (and, what about 2NL which isn't mentioned for the spouse's application).
3. I'm currently on L1 (blanket) visa. Am I supposed to provide documents that show my original eligibility for the L1 visa (e.g. I-129S), or does providing the visa itself and I-94 enough?
4. Does the derived applicant (spouse) needs to provide evidence for her own education? Or just the primary applicant?
5. In case I've been living in the US for less than a year and don't have a W-2, or tax return documents. Does bank statements, pay slips and employment verification letters considered to be enough to establish financial independence?
Thank you!
