DV 2014 - Strange Case

Ok that's strange. When did you submit your DS260 (or DS230, I can't remember now which they used for DV2014)

You need to call KCC and find out why your case is not scheduled. It may be that you maybe missed some important aspect of the original forms. Don't delay, call them now.
 
i submitted it 6th of july and email them and they comfirm the forms have been received, but however, i remember just today that i forgot to add my 2 passport side photo and decided to mail it to their address today, so very worried as to when specifically the interview letter will be sent
 
important aspect missed, then may be it is this 2 passport side photos i forgot to add in the 2 forms when sending, so i have sent should i call them still , and also the last time i called i was receiving but info voice messages about the lottery programs

OK, so you submitted it so late (and without the photos) so that means they would not have completed the processing in time to schedule the interview with the other September interviews (which would have been scheduled around mid July). It takes about 4 weeks to process your forms and visas are running out. Get the photos to them immediately and call them to see if they might schedule an interview in September.
 
Ok so you submitted it pretty late...yes if I were I would phone them. If you get a pre recorded message hang on, they should give you an option to talk to a human. You need to ensure it is being processed and that an interview is being scheduled.

When you get the recorded message hit the 0 (zero) number to save some time.
 
it was submitted july 5, well that's not the main thing now cus i just called the KCC and the told me that they will be sending my interview letter in one week time, but i just told them that i forgot to add the 2 passport side photo, so they laddy on phone told me that it's ok but the processing will take a little while depending on when the receive the passport side photos. I'm A LITTLE RELIEF NOW THOUGH STILL WORRY A LITTLE

I delay a while because i check mind but on May 17 and also delay more on the address and names of the person i will be staying with until after two weeks i got one from my uncle in MD Worshington DC

So youi waited over a year to check your lottery win. Then you waited another 6 weeks because you were checking an address????

Wow you are a pretty laid back, cool customer. I check my win about 10 minutes early on May 1st 2013!

Somebody not as laid back may have already nabbed this fella's visa; somebody possibly with a better chance of becoming an immigration success story.
 
pls guys i have questions, a silly one though, Will the KCC send you a notification mail for the Interview date via E-mail or via Post box(mail) my visa bulletin is this september... and still waiting for interview letter from them,

Interview notification is only sent via email. If you're a DV2014 selectee with a CN that's current in Sept and you haven't received an email, you need to log online and check where you got your original selectee letter. All ILs are uploaded to that site, so you need to check right away before you miss your interview slot!

Looking at earlier postings under this thread, it likely will be an uphill battle to get your DV case through to invitation, interview and approval during the 30 days or so left. Just wonder why you decided to leave matters for so late. Nevertheless, all the best in the world for you.
