Hello,
I have applied for DV-2014 for the first time. Unfortunately I was not selected, so I will keep my fingers crossed for next time.
I found this forum a few weeks ago and this is my first post here. I can see, that some of you are real experts when someone needs help.
I have some questions too, and I would be very grateful if someone take some time and answer them.
- I was not selected on 1st of May. When I check my status, it is written:
So, does it mean that I can check my status again in October 2013, or is this decision final, and all I can do is to apply for DV2015? If that so, when in October I can check my status again?
- Me and my fiance had both applied. But no one have been selected. In case, one of us is selected next time, do we need to be married before first interview? This is not even a problem, because we will get married soon, but it could be after October. We won't have any problems prove our relationship. We have been together for over 4 years now, and we also live at the same address for almost 3 years... .
Thank you in advance to anyone who is going to answer.
Regards,
A.
