Hello my dear friends,

I have won the DV 2013. I hold the Jordanian nationality ONLY and live in Jordan. However, i was born in Germany since my dad and mom (both Jordanians) lived and worked in Germany for long years. I have my original German birth certificate.

I have applied for the DV 2013 and i answered the question of "COUNTRY OF ELIGIBILITY OR CHARGEABILITY FOR THE DV PROGRAM" as GERMANY, though i don't hold the German nationality or passport, i was only born there.

Is this correct? is there a chance that they will disqualify me in the interview since i don't hold the German nationanlity/passport?

This is what you should have done:
5. Country Where You Were Born
Germany

6. Country of Eligibility for the DV Program
Are you claiming eligibility based on the country where you were born?
Yes
If not, you must enter the country from which you are claiming eligibility.
Select A Country...

Another valid possibility is:
5. Country Where You Were Born
Germany

6. Country of Eligibility for the DV Program
Are you claiming eligibility based on the country where you were born?
No
If not, you must enter the country from which you are claiming eligibility.
Germany

Your citizenship is irrelevant

Yes, I concur: Germany is the correct answer. I can't see any disqualification forthcoming for that.
