I have just read full docket that Craigstoomy put here. http://www.egorka.org/dv2012/appeal_docket.pdf
Very interesting
The arguments about randomness judge used are very close to what I used here on this forum arguing with Kwame O.
A few comments.
1. A funny mistake of White.
Regardinh Luc's question.

1. A funny mistake of White.
2. A funny mistake of MistonPlaintiff Anna Gunya is a citizen of Russia and currently resides in Russia. For purposes of
the DV-2012 Lottery, her foreign state chargeability is Georgia. Russia is a DV-2012 eligible
country; therefore, Ms. Gunya was eligible to participate in the DV-2012 Lottery.
3. It looks like the judge promised sending the forms to KCC will be completely undone, and info about that will not be used in consulates while making adjudications on nonimmigrant visa applications. But that portion is not in the final court order or memoradnum opinion. very strange.MR. PISTON: Michael Piston appearing on behalf of the plaintiffs, with my colleague Tim White.
Regardinh Luc's question.
That is easy. It makes sense to participate for Luc too. If the appeal rejects July's results because of May lottery, he would qualify under May results.I'm surprised to read that the appeal was filed on behalf of ALL the plaintiffs of the original case.
