Dv 2010 administrative process...........

My sponsor is a USA citizen.The issue here is that I'm using an agent to give me the I-134 since I dont want to approach family in the USA for that and the agent is a USA citizen who knows a lot of people from my country who are willing to help out.And he got one such men to help me.But we thought that a simple letter would do.If we had known that an I-134 would be requested I would have taken it.So after the interview I went to him and he's now arranging the I-134 for me.I'm greatful that such helpful people still exist in this world.

I hope I get the visa after I show that.

Please pray for me.

That is indeed great...it doesn't happen much anymore. You hear more that people try to scam others who are in need of help....but luckily there are good people around who are willing to risk something for a complete stranger.

I heard recently that in Portugal people also help each other if they need anything to immigrate...In my native country i never heard about something like that.

You should receive your GC soon when you have the I-134.

Oh thank you so much.That sounds so positive.The fact is that I'm really having sleepless nights these days.Yeah.I'm very lucky that total strangers who happen to be from my native country are willing to help me at a time when my family is not.I count myself really lucky.And plus I will be working in their casino as well.And they'll keep in their house for a while till I get to know the place and am confident enough to move to an apartment.There are others whom my agent has helped out.They're now doing quite well in the USA.He does all this for free.Without charging a single fee.Isnt that generous?

Do you think they'll ask me any more questions when I go to drop in the I-134?

The only problem will be that my visa will not be available in April coz my interview was in March..So I'll need to wait till someones case either gets rejected or cancelled.

When you drop in the form l-134 no further questions will be asked, the only question will be Welcome to AMERICA. Probably the day to pick up the visa.

It doesn't work that way, since you were not the one that opted for that--- the visa number will be kept for you till otherwise.

Why do you think you have to wait...was that mentioned or is that what you think will happen....

Normally it is who comes first and get's approved gets the GC, even if you had to bring additional papers in later unless it was mentioned....
 
No.The consular officer never told me that my visa number would be unavailable.Its just that I think that way.
 
Hi,

Good news.I got my visa this afternoon.When I went to drop off my I-134 the officer didnt ask me any questions.Got a call 2day to come and pick up my visa and the immigrant visa package.

Am so excited.Thnx for all the support.
