DV-2008 - Please Help

My brother recieved a packet that he won a DV2008.

I am very happy for him and I worry a lot now, how, when and so.

Please let me know if anybody have any idea when will the interview be scheduled. His number EU00021XXX.

First, please edit the last three digits of the case number! Second, for DV-2007 current cut-off numbers are 19000, and for July 23000. So I would expect an interview for DV-2008 in June.

I am reading the case number from the letter:

2008EU00021XXX.

and you said that interview should be somewhere around June, did you mean 2007 or 2008.

I was born in Odessa, but now I live in USA and he is a citizen of Uzbekistan.

He is my wifes brother.
