Duplicate Notice

I filed my h1 ext with rd of oct 31, 2003. after waiting for 11 long months the online message changed as below. What does this mean ?

A duplicate notice on this case was mailed on October 4, 2004. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283

I've never seen this message before (it sounds like they sent out 2 notices and that you should receive this soon) but you might have better luck in the H / other visa forums...

Check with your attorney if he had requested for a duplicate copy.
