Dubai does not accept RTD. How can I go there?

I have RTD and GC and I want to visit Dubai but Dubai doesn't accept RTD and I don't want to renew my NP because I don't want to be in trouble. What are my options here?

are you sure they dont give visa on RTD, if not then i guess wait for citizenship. but they should, make it confirm first from them.
