DSP-230 form questions & one photo question

Dear all,

I am struggling with DSP-230 a bit. So any advise is highly and warm welcome.
Would anyone kindly be able to help me out here? Please answer each question marker with #, thank you in advance!

Several questions regarding DSP-230:

1. Should one write name and CN on each paper, up right corner?
2. I’ve printed out those two papers, print on each side, total four pages, should I staple them together?

Question # from DSP-230:

#12. Present occupation
- Should I type: EMPLOYEE, EMPLOYED or what?

#33. List below all educational institutions attended.
- If not sufficient space here, could I add an A4-paper and state all educational institutions separately?

#34. Previous Military Service
I did just ordinary service, being ordinary solder for a year, I think it was Infantry. I had no rang or to say being Private.
- Should I answer YES to Previous Military Service then?
- Branch ?
- Rank/Position ?
- Military Speciality/Occupation ?

#35. List dates of all previous visits to or residence in the United States.
I travelled on ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization), there's no visa in passport then. Should I just state ESTA as 'Type of visa' ?

#43a. Have you ever applied for a Social Security Number (SSN)?
First NO, then YES - Is that correct?

#43b. Consent to Disclosure:
- YES - Is that correct?

Regarding those two photographs:
Should I write my name, CN and DOB on back side of pictures?
How did you do?

What is to prefer, to send it by ordinary post service, recommended letter or DHL service?

THANK YOU A LOT & All the best of luck to all of you!

you can write on A4:

Attachment sheet for ..(surname, name)
Case number: 2014EU00045XXX

Answer to #33: ....

Present occupation

Thank you ZukotheCat and Sm1smom for your answers.

Almost everything clear, but I am still confused by one question.

#12. Present occupation
- Should I really type 'Your professional title, whatever describes the job you're currently engaged in'???
In my opinion 'occupation' isn't the same as 'profession'.
'Engineer' would be 'profession'.
'Employed' or worker would be 'occupation'.

Anyone who did it before? How did you do?

if you are employed and have contract, the contract states what is your exact position, if you do not have an official title for the position you are in, use whatever words you want to describe what do you exactly do in our working place, that is occupation (others correct me if I am wrong)

take the tracking number from postal office when you post all, it can be nerve wrecking without it
