Hi Folks:
In the form DS 156...
Column 28 Who will pay for your trip???
Do i need to mention my Clients name as my client is sending me to UK on business visa.
As of now i bought the ticket on my own but client is going to reimburse after i come back to US.
Shall i mention my client name or as MYSELF.
Pls advise me.
And also do i need to carry ORGINAL I 129 and it's supplment or it's photo copies are enough.

Is this Visa revalidation in US or Visa stamp out of US from Consulate?

If it is Visa revalidation in US then write: I am in US

If consulates then your can write: Myself

----- How you can carry Original I-29? It is a form that is filed for H1 with USCIS, your lawyer who filed the form I-129+LCA he has the copy of LCA and Form I-129 your lawyer should certify and take it with you, if your are going for Visa stamp from consulate, you also need original H1 approval notice with all other required documents search the threads and find what particular documents consulate asks

Thanks for your reply.

As i already mentioned my client who is sending me to UK is going to pay for my trip to UK and back to US from UK.
I mean client is going to reimburse me all the amount that i spent for buying that ticket to UK.
I'm contractor at clients place and he is sending me to UK for proj implementation.I need to get my H1 stamped before i come back to US as it got expired on 18 feb 2004 and i haev my approved I797 upto 5 may 2006.

Hope you got the whole scenario.

My collegue who is citizen of US did it for me..i mean he booked the ticket in airlines etc....even then i can say MYSELF right...i may look silly but it's important for me...advise me..Thanks...SV
