I have a ques. About police clearance,if my parents lived in different parts of the same city in the same country (three different places of same city and same country in past 15 yrs) do they need three police clearance certificates from the stations which cover the places where they lived?
Or is it needed if they only lived in different cities or different countries over6mos in past 15yrs?
 
they usually need just 1 police certificate per country. If they lived in multiple cities, those cities may be listed on the police report. Multiple places in the same city do not require multiple police reports.
Don't forget to include mom's maiden name on the report.
