I have this question from DS-156 form.

"Has Anyone Ever Filed an Immigrant Visa Petition on Your Behalf?"


I have a labor pending and I am in 7th year extension and going to chennai for stamping. What should I answer for this question. Should I say 'yes' because I have got 7th year extension based on my labor filing only. Help is greately appreciated. Thanks a lot for your kindness.

------------- I-140 is the immigration Visa petition, as your employer has NOT filed I-140 for you your answer will be NO
