DS-156 Form

If one has an interview appointment for H-1B visa stamping and is going to get married a few days after the appointment, what should one write on the DS-156 form - for questions such as whom are you traveling with? Should one say that "going to get married soon and will be traveling with spouse"? The spouse already has an immigrant (Permanent Resident) visa. Will there be any problems getting a visa?

---Alone, becase the appointment day you are NOT married

----- dont get confused it may create problems, when you get H1 stamp of DS-156 write only your present situation and do not mention anything about marriage.

Yeah -- keep the answers to the point and as of that point in time.

Just a related note ... since H1B allows for immigrant intent, there is NO problem if your spouse is a LPR ( assuming you are getting the visa after the wedding).
By law, H1B CANNOT be denied for expressing an immigrant intent - so don't worry :)
