Drop box eligibility for H1B stamping

Hello All,

I have F1 stamping on my passport.
But, my official status now is H1B since I have H1B approval notice from company A, even though I do not have H1B stamp yet.
Now, company B has filed for a H1B transfer.

The ttsvisas.com website states eligibility for drop box as:
"You are renewing or replacing a visa of the same category provided the previous visa has not been expired for more than twelve months (i.e.,365 days)."

When I goto India for visa stamping, will I be eligibile for drop box?

I am confused, since I have F1 stamp on visa, but am actually doing H1B transfer now!

------No, becase you had F1 visa stamp. it is your first time H1 visa stamp and you canot use drop box.
