Double Vis??h1/h4?????

Morning guys
A quick Q, pretty confused here?

My fiancée has a h1 from Indian company. But she they have been unable to find her a project in US as of now. The company says that she can retain her h1(no need to surrender it).
So can she come to US on a h4, (still retaining her h1). Or can can she come here on h1 even without a project.

Its confusing, any replies???

She can come here with valid H1 stamped in her pp. If she can not find a project find a (another) sponser to transfer h1 within 2 weeks times, if it is not possible change the status to H4.

Your Fiancee can come to US on H1 without a project, she should start working within 1 months time. She should maintain her paystubs properly for maintaining her status legally.

H4 Visas is for dependents like parents, children (Under 21 years age) & Wife. H4 will not applicable for Fiancee's.
