Don't Use Re Entry Permit

Dear Friends

I have a question that bother me.

I have Re entry permit that issued 3 month ago and I left USA 3 month ago, Now my problem solved and I want to come back USA before 6 month that I left there.

1) Now My Re Entry Permit Will Be Cause That My Citizenship Time Postponement?

2) When I Will Come Back To USA, I Must Inform To USCIS or Immigrant Office That I Come Back?

You can come back as soon as you like, and the re-entry permit will have no effect on your citizenship if you come back now. It is just insurance for when you need to be out for a longer period of time.
 
Having or using the reentry permit has no negative effect on naturalization. It's the long periods of time outside the US that may negatively affect your naturalization.
