I think it will pass. there is 50% chance of failure though.
I saw some of the provisions for illegals ..it is way too difficult ..pay back taxes, work for 5-6 years then apply for GC etc etc. it depends on how politicians sell it ..majority of americans want to solve this issue so that more people pay taxes and are in the system. I am sure there is a big group of lobbyists (lawyers, small business owners, farm interests etc) who want some sort of reform.
