Hello All,
I did my biometrics (fingerprinting) on May 27th (last month) and it went fine. However today is June 19th and I am still waiting for my interview letter. Is this normal?
My in-laws (50+ years of age) applied last month and got their interview letter almost two weeks later.
I am 39 years old and did not register for Selective Service, but I have sent them the explanation letter, and received their response letter back last week. I could have not included this letter of course when I applied for N-400, because obviously didn't have it.
Is this delay [from May 27th (biometrics) till now (almost end of June)] has to do anything with this fact? Is this delay normal? How long does it take the immigration office to send the interview letters?
Thanks in advance. I am very worried.
