Done 2FP in Jul, Aug and waiting for Approval/RFE

USCIS updated my status after 7 days of my FP2. Someone got the update after couple of days, and still someone got the update after 3 weeks.
 
Hi folks.
An update on my case finally. Today an RFE has been generated for both my wife's case as well as mine. Exactly one month after the FP2. I was hoping for direct approval but beggars cant be chosers. :( Atleast some damn thing has happened to my case status.

LUD has changed to today's date also.

At least there's some progress in your cases. After FP2 AND RFE, what else can USCIS do on your cases besides approval? :)

Who knows. Maybe they will go back to sleep for another year. :confused: Actually my lawyer filed an EAD renewal last week and I think that must have triggered the RFE. I wonder what it could possibly be about.

I am keeping fingers crossed about the mail as well as some of these mails have been lost before. Thanks for updating the tracker !!

I faxed name check inquiry to FBI on 8/18 to make sure my name check is not pended over there. Also applied EAD/AP renewals for my wife to see if this will trigger something. If not, I'll apply my EAD/AP renewals next month.

No Updates till date?

Guys,

I did my FP2 on 28th of April. I have not seen any updates regarding my FP2 till date. But did an address change 3weeks after FP2 and it updated the status to July 9 2003 for FP1. Is there any number I can contact to make sure my FP results are sent?

Hi ,

My FP2 was completed on 7/23 and the LUD is not 8/02......
My ND is Nov 6 2002

I had applied for my 2nd AP..RD June 17 and the LUD changed on 8/23 and 8/24 but the message remains the same.

I think AP will get approved this week....They could have just qpproved my 485 instead!!

Planning a trip to India in Nov....I am hoping that I would get my 485 approval before that....
