What was the date given to you for 2 FP. Did you do you 2FP before the scheduled date or on date?

About 2 hours ago our (me and my spouse) status messages changed to "On July 7, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made." ....

Our AP2's were approved on 7/2/2004 and its status message changed on 7/6/2004.

We received the AP papers yesterday.

Glad to see something happening... wanted to share this info right away ...

Joined company XYZ with EAD. (10 months after 1st EAD).
Did not file AC21, my lawyer suggested to file AC21 only when if I get RFE for employment verification.


I believe in GOD, if he brought us here then he will do something for us.

Don't know the details about my RFE yet. But I applied for the 3rd EAD on July 5th. It seems to have triggered the opening of my file

EAD-3 approved april 2004. Maybe that is the reason we did not hear anything from NSC. Now can't even apply for another EAD till October 2004.
Anything to get them to look at our files. Wonder who looks at expired FP's?
Name checks are valid only for 90 days. Assuming they are done around the same time as FP's and nothing is holding the name check at the FBI most cases should be looked at within 90 days of FP. But then that makes way too much sense.

We will soon find out about the trigger factor

My EAD will be applied for next week.

hadhkardi and sub_labor - My guess is something(EAD/AP) that needs
FP to be current can trigger RFE/Approval. Please see if you can
apply EAD/AP for yourself or any family member. Best of

I got an RFE issued on my I485 on May 12 and my third EAD was approved on May 13.

RFE received by INS on June 9. Still waiting for the approval.
