Doing MS in USA

Hi All,
I am working in Bangalore as a software engineer for 5 years now.
I am thinking of doing MS from USA. I know MS from USA is really good.
Do you think doing MS would be better or doing MBA.
Please suggest.
Regards

If you really want to do MBA, IIM is the best choice than most of the US universities. (other than big leagues).

It depends on what you want to do. MBA will lead you to management, MS will lead you to an in-depth study.

I am also a software engineer. I completed my MS Comp Sci in 2010. I thought maybe after I'm done with MS CS, MBA might look more appealing to me. It's still not. And I really don't have my heart on management. I might just be forever in tech. But I have friends who took MBA and they tell me they're happy about it.
