does oath ceremony letter take this long?

hi i just appeared in a interview today, and passed. after the interview was over the officer told me that you have to wait "7-10 weeks" to get your ceremony letter by mail. i asked him my dad got the letter same day when he was asked by the officer if you want to wait you will recieve the letter right now or we could mail it to you. he choose to wait. his interview was like 2-3 months ago. and i heard a guy got his letter within a week. so does this really take this long 7-10 weeks? or there was something wrong?

i m saying if there is something wrong because i m wondering if i gave any wrong answer or said anything wrong during the 'yes-no' questions, like were you ever been arrested these type of question, he was saying all the questions really really fast and i was saying yes or no some of them by hearing the question properly some of them by guessing. i was kinda afraid to ask him to repeat, he didnt seem really in a good mood. but he did say at the end congratulation you passed and handed me the paper i677 or something. so i m wondering bacuse of those questions and answer if i did say anything wrong from my part and thats why they will invistagate or something like that.

btw i took the test in NYC. so if anyone from nyc or anywhere else have this kinda experience and they know it actually take 7-10 weeks please do reply, i m really worried.

Every case is different and adjudicated accordingly. USCIS has up to 120 days after interview to provide you an answer on case, so 7-10 weeks is within that time line. Be patient and you'll soon get your response. NYC DO has a reputation of taking longer to provide oath letter.
