Does my dad qualify

he has been a purchasing/supply chain manager for 30 years and is excellent at his job, he often has to do other peoples. He has a basic UK education and didn't go to college, is his experience enough to see him qualify

well he is only moving out there because I said i want to as soon as i'm old enough cause i want to go to college there, but he was wondering what work visas he qualified for obviously this h1 is one of the best, and if he gets out there and I go to high school i will have a better chance of getting into one of my desired institutes. Chances are without a degree you can't go straight to the green card,is this right? also if he did get a job what would be the job options for my mum ?

your dad will not qualify for an H1 visa with out a bachelor's degree.
