Does my Company affect my green Card

Hi All,

I am here on H1B Visa. I am getting transfer to another company. This company has only few (less than 5. Like to say it is not bogus company) employes and they are direct vendor of government and I am working on government project. Does this effect my green card process? is there any chances of rejection because company is not good or its turn over is low?

Maybe and maynot be.
ususally the concern with small company is ability to pay issue. It depends on how much revenue they have and how much wage you are promised on your LC.
