Does H1 transfer require H4 transfer also ?

you gott YOUR H1 transfer and I think you got I-94 attached with H1 transfer approval notice

till what date your wife I-94 is valid?
H4 is tied to your H1 status not with employer A or B. many file H4 with H1 transfer so that H1 holder and H4 holder have the same expiry dates on I-94 when they get new approval notices.

** check your wife I-94 expiry date and she can file H4 extension with form I-539 before her I-94 expiry date or can also file H4 extension 6 months advance of HER I-94 expiry date
