Does educational certificate from UK/Singapore needs WES evaluation?

If TN applicants has his education completed in a english speaking country like UK Singpore or Australia, does he still need WES evaluation?

By the way, there is a WES location in Toronto, why it asked TN applicant to send his/her educational certificate to WES US office in New York instead of Canada?

Yes. Only N American degrees require no eval. Has nothing to do with language.

WES in Toronto is fine. Just make sure it is clear that you are asking for an eval for US immigration purposes.

it asked me where I will be using for my evaluation? Should I select Canada or should I select USA?
It is for the purpose of TN application.

Yes. One is done by mail. The other is done by walking into the office.
