Does Change of Address within Same State and Area Impact timlines?

If one moves from one area of NY City to another e.g. Bronx to Queens or Westchester while citizenship application is filed and in progress does that impact timelines for the application to go through?

I understand that if you move out of state or another part of the country it definitely could.

Moving from one borough to another will have no effect on your timeline. As long as you're moving within the jurisdiction of the same DO, your timeline will remain consistent with that DO's timelines. In NYC's case, that's not always a good thing!
