Does Canadian government know who is working on TN?

just curious does Canadian government know who is working on TN? when filling Tax, should I say I am non-resident and $0 income? or should I file my actual US income? or can say I am resident but $0 income?

This is not a tax forum.

The manner in which you file depends more on your residential ties in canada than on your TN job.

Go to forums.serbinski.com for a more elaborate discussion, but you cannot say that you are a resident and then report 0 income.
