Documents needed for EAD in Local Office?

Unbelievable

Hi,

My wife had crossed 90 days of filing her EAD and now she wants to go to the local office (JFK Building in MA) to get the Interim EAD.

Can anyone please let me know what documents she needs to carry and what time is the good time to go?

1> a filed I-765 application
2> Your current I-765 receipts
3> 485 receipt
4> proof of residency - driving license or some service bill etc.

Is this ok?

Thanks

Unbelievable:confused:

That sounds ok. But, it doesnt hurt to carry any other additional docs that you have - passport, driving license, SSN etc etc. Who knows what those people out there might ask for.?!!!

Try infopass

I used infopass appointment service (available at uscis.gov website). It will save lot of waiting time.
