I see the document list from Johnny Cash. It was a very good one. But it was specifically for Citizenship thru marriage.

I am applying for my Citizenship after 5 years of GC.

Where can I find the list of documents to be sent or does anyone tell me which documents I need to send with the application.

Thanks in advance.

Well if you dont have any arrests, the only thing you have to send is the N-400 with a copy of you Green Card front and back. If you have arrests or other cases on your record send certified copies of court dispositions. For traffic tickets under $500.00 you dont need to send anything, just mention them on your application. That's pretty much it!

Min. requirement is following (for 5 years of GC):

1) Completed application form
2) Fees
3) Photo
4) Copy of Green card (front/back)

Rest of the documents are dependent on specific situation.

Thanks for the response. I have one follow-up question.

During the course of 5 years, I have several Traffic Tickets (Speeding).

Mimi1212 here says "just mention them in the application" when you say just mention them, where do I mention them? Is it Question Number 15 and 16 or just question 15 or just question 16. All I need to do is just say YES?
If I answer YES to these questions, the are asking for more details. I have to give all the necessary details about it? like date/ amount etc? and at the end say "No Charges filed"?

Also, I do not have any documents which I can show that I have paid all my fees (ticket penalties).

Please advise.

Answer yes only when on the question that asks if you ever been cited/fined etc...then list them all, and the detail. If you don't have any documents related to these fines then go to the clerk of courts and ask for receipts of payments/court document copies and have them stamp their offical stamp. They usually know what to do when you tell them it is for immigration that you need those copies for.

You don't need to send this with your N-400 if they are under 500.00 - Just take these receipts with you at the time of the interview.
