Hi All,

I am surprised to see the status on my wife's case. the case was updated on Nov 21st 2008, --- how did i miss that ?

We didn't recieve any such documents? what kind of documents are they talking here ? Did my wife got her GC ?

Called up Customer service, but couldn't discuss on wife's case. about my case, they said it is pre-adjucated .
 
I thought Customer Service does not have any more information than what we already see online. Did you happen to speak to a Immigration Officer who told you that your case has been pre-adjudicated?

I spoke to customer service representative. intially she was not ready to discuss the status, but she did confirm that the case is pre-adjucated.

Till now i haven't receive any doc. I talked to customer Service and they are telling me to file i-90....But I haven't got any GC, then why should I file I-90.

Please know if you have any details to move ahead

I called customer service(Texas customer services center, not the national one). they confirmed, that this is a mistake on most of the cases due to recent updates to the systems.

But the officer did confirmed, that both(mine and my wife's ) cases are pre-adjucated.

Which case is associated with this message? The I-485? Or another associated document like EAD?

Note that when the message says "we mailed the document" it is usually a denial or RFE.

It is for I-485 application.

For many people who have filed immigration related petitions, and opened Service Request and received answer, shows status as document mailed to the address on file

Not true, My 485 message "we mailed the document" is displayed since they mailed the document for Finger Prints in 2007 and it's still the same. I have renewed EAD's and Ap's twice since then.

Hi All,

my country of birth is India, and my priority date is Sep 2005. i applied for labor on 21st of Sep 2005 and got approved on 28th of Sep 2005. Applied for I-485 on 29th of Sep 2005 for myself and wife.


my I485 case shows "request for evidence". Since i responded to RFE and reached uscis on 5th march 2008.

My wife's I485 case shows "Document production or Oath Ceremony" , and LUD is as of Nov 21st 2008, also had a LUD on the same date for I131 case, which was approved on May 14th 2007.

I did opened a SR in Sep 2009, and response is that, your case is still pending, we are actively processing ur case, blah blah blah....

These LUDs and messages are really not making any sense.
 
MY CASE TELL ME Document mailed to applicant AFTER i GET APPROVAL NOT BIG DEAL THAT MEAN THEY SEND YOU APPROVAL BUT take TiME MEAN THE APPROVAL LATE iN MALE THATS WHY THEY CHANGE THE STATUS AND DONT BELEVE ANY BODY ABOUT SAiD iTS DiNEY OR REF OR FP
 
Got a similar situation. I485 denied, and now shows:
