My GC is work related. It will be 5 yrs on March 4 2009.
I know i can apply for citizenship today.
Couple of questions, well. .....
Will look stupid and rhetoric but just want to be sure
With the application form (N 400) I send in
1. Photocopies (front/back) of my Green Card
2. Passport style fotos (with full name and A-# on the back written in light pencil)
3. 1 Check or MO - for both the Appln and fp 595 + 80
And that's it right. No other documents.
No fotocopies of w2's and 1040 (basically Tax returns) or the latest pay stub fotocopies etc etc.
Its just the 3 listed above that i need to send in with the appln right.
Anybody from KY. I live in KY. What is the time frame for the whole process for our side of the world. 3-4 months or 5-6 months to get the citizenship.

Anybody from here recently got it. I believe i need to send in the application to Texas right? Ofcourse i will check before i mail.
I need to apply for my mom and am running out of time on her. Her visas will expire in May end 2009. Really need her to get here before that and make the application for her GC. Really worried.
