Hi, we have our interview pretty soon an I was wondering if we should bring more...

Info:
> Me (non-US citizen); Wife (US citizen)
> got married July 2009;
> applied for my GC August 2009 (I was on a work visa before)
> Received EAD, etc;
> Interview early December 2009;
> Lawyer did all the paperwork and will come with us to the interview...

Thats what we have so far:
[Note: some of the doc's we already submitted w/ the GC application, but we willl bring them w/ just in case Immi lost it]

1) 2x passport pics (of me, the non US-citizen)
2) Marriage Cert
3) Birth Cert's
4) Auto insurance cards w/ both names on it
5) Vehicle registration w/ both names listed as "owners"
6) Joint bank acct. statements
7) W-2's for the last 2 years (of my wife, w/ is a US citizen)
8) Interview notice
9) Letter of employment (wife)
10) My birth cert's translation
11) Biometrics receipt
12) Paroles
13) Medi exam + Vacc. paperwork (I-693)
14) Cell phone family plan w/ both names listed on the address field, but wife is primary account holder

16) Life insurance doc's
17) Bank statements w/ show wife as beneficiary of all my accounts (where most of our $$ is)
18) Passports
19) Wifes healthcare paperwork which covers me too
20) our Utility Bill (will hopefully show both names on it... i just changed it)
21) Copies of all other submitted doc's and forms

Is that enough? Should we bring more?

Any help is highly appreciated!

You are fine and don't bring a dump truck load of evidence, USCIS offices are too small to accommodate that much evidence. You 20 item list is excessive, but will suffice in the face of an IO...:D

Interview Report:
1. we waited 20 min in the waiting area...
2. officer called our name
3. she asked for our birth certs and marriage lic and passports
4. she did stuff on her pc
5. she made a copy of my passport
6. asked some stuff about my old visas
7. lawyer answered for me (was all legit... I think there was a doc missing in her file)
8. she handed us a receipt stating the change of status got approved
9. we walked out...

No pictures, joint documents, ..., ...., ....
and she didn't take my parole, EAD, etc.

I got the email saying "Card production ordered" the same day...
