Hi, we have our interview pretty soon an I was wondering if we should bring more...
Info:
> Me (non-US citizen); Wife (US citizen)
> got married July 2009;
> applied for my GC August 2009 (I was on a work visa before)
> Received EAD, etc;
> Interview early December 2009;
> Lawyer did all the paperwork and will come with us to the interview...
Thats what we have so far:
[Note: some of the doc's we already submitted w/ the GC application, but we willl bring them w/ just in case Immi lost it]
1) 2x passport pics (of me, the non US-citizen)
2) Marriage Cert
3) Birth Cert's
4) Auto insurance cards w/ both names on it
5) Vehicle registration w/ both names listed as "owners"
6) Joint bank acct. statements
7) W-2's for the last 2 years (of my wife, w/ is a US citizen)
8) Interview notice
9) Letter of employment (wife)
10) My birth cert's translation
11) Biometrics receipt
12) Paroles
13) Medi exam + Vacc. paperwork (I-693)
14) Cell phone family plan w/ both names listed on the address field, but wife is primary account holder
15) 30x Pictures (10 from time before wedding; 10 from the wedding + spare wedding pic scrapbook; 10 from after the wedding)
16) Life insurance doc's
17) Bank statements w/ show wife as beneficiary of all my accounts (where most of our $$ is)
18) Passports
19) Wifes healthcare paperwork which covers me too
20) our Utility Bill (will hopefully show both names on it... i just changed it)
21) Copies of all other submitted doc's and forms
Is that enough? Should we bring more?
