Immigrants from one region discriminate immigrants from other parts of the world. or even against just any other immigrants.

Somtimes if a natual born citizen get promotion or do well in whatever,
then immigrants take that easy. And if an immigrant get promoted,
other immigrants get jealous and put on a "why him, not me " look.

Immigrants are not a homogenous group.Depends on whom you are talking about but discrimination exists even among people from the same country. I have not seen too many cases where immigrant promotions have caused jealousy.

I have not found any evidence pointing to discrimination. It would be easy to attribute failure to this rather than a closer reflection of one's own abilities or performance.

I must admit that I have not experienced such discrimination. What DOES anger me, however, are ILLEGAL immigrants who come into this country and demand the same rights/privileges as those of us who have worked so hard to become immigrants legally. Becoming a US immigrant is NOT an easy task (apparent by the existence of this portal)...

You can just replace "immigrant" with "guy". I don't know why
you are limitting the issue to immigrant.
