Do you have a LUD on Oct 1?

Security check

Please let me know if the Security check is same as name check. I understand from Texas INS that it is pending for Security check.

Please also let me know the FBI email ID and any draft email to send them

U r right Lingeron.....
It will not work if only a single person will shout. We have to shout and make noise together so that they can listen our pain/ sufferings due to delay in GC thingy.

There is no process. They are not ready to tell you anything..... they just know one word----" keep waiting", others are also in line.

What should we do to make them do the things fast.????
 
got the 4th LUD change today

LUD 09/30, due to early biometrics,
LUD 10/01, ???
LUD 10/03, due to email inquiry,
LUD 10/04, ???

no message change.
 
My LUD got updated today

On October 4, 2005, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

Sept 29TH Gave biometrics
LUD ON Sept 30TH, Oct 1st, Oct 4TH...

10/3 email inquiry
10/4 ?

No message change,
and yesterday I got email from Mr. Williams,
saying that my Name Check is still pending, and "There is no visa available"
even if all the rest is ready.

Have to be patient for more years.

or put hope on my wife's 2001 PD based on LC EB3

Which service center are you in? Based on the email response you got from Mr. Williams (who is this guy?), all the pending 485s are affected by this retrogression. Is that right?
I am in Vermont service center.

I got an LUD on 10/04 too. The message has not changed.

I got the same e-mail from Williams too. It seems to be an automatic e-mail for the current time.

The only thing we can do is wait for more YEARS !!!

I think u r right, this is an automatic mail for current situation.....
I filed for Gc in Sep.2001, they will start cases from november 1999.....
Its a festive season, don't how how much will they work????
Wasting money on AP, EAD and H1 every year....

We should take some action, this is not right.... This is not fair....
